A young Sunday school student was asked for recollections of the homily from Mass, and provided this erudite summary:
"Fr. Charles was sick, Peter's mother-in-law was sick, and they were sick together."

this is cute! i missed seeing your homily posted before Mass this past weekend, but, of course, understood why you weren't up to it. you have to take care of your health first. but, i really enjoyed your homily, even though you mentioned that you didn't really have one prepared. you were very inspiring, as always! thank you, Fr.
