The Paschal Triduum approaches, and this year I have been asked to preach at the Mass of the Lord's Supper for the first time. My homily is posted here.
beautiful homily and Mass tonight, Fr. C! thank you for your inspiration! it is true that the Holy Eucharist is the central part of our Christian lives. if only everyone truly realized how much strength and graces and blessings we receive from receiving Jesus in the Holy Eucharist, then everyone of us would want to receive Jesus as frequently as possible. Eucharistic Adoration is also so important and necessary if we want to grow closer to Jesus. St. John Chrysostom has a great writing on the Holy Eucharist that we read at our monthly adoration every once in a while. it's really beautiful! PEACE! ~tara t~
