We know we will encounter on our journey people of myriad different beliefs--and none - - and it is probably best to regard them as fellow pilgrims searching for God in the only way presently real for them. We will try by our sincerity and good example, to walk with them and be witnesses for God's Truth. No situation is too simple or too complex for Him. <br />God bless. Cecily. It's a difficult and complex question in which I think we have to be very disciplined about the language we use and aware of the easy answers the world would like to give us. Perhaps a place to start is with what Vatican II teaches on the question: http://www.ewtn.com/library/COUNCILS/v2non.htmBrother Charleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07780326836452864455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26883902.post-20800822725756589572016-11-01T23:17:45.692-04:002016-11-01T23:17:45.692-04:00Thank you for this meditation!Thank you for this meditation!Matthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16094757417414665402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26883902.post-54545615958271373672016-11-01T21:37:48.827-04:002016-11-01T21:37:48.827-04:00Being provicative Fr.Charles, how does the catholi...Being provicative Fr.Charles, how does the catholic nature of our church square with the interfaith world we also live in?mccarrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16704839129368483683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26883902.post-67943194151770237382016-11-01T12:06:35.196-04:002016-11-01T12:06:35.196-04:00Thanks for the encouragement! Thanks for the encouragement!Brother Charleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07780326836452864455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26883902.post-501913538336608732016-11-01T11:54:27.924-04:002016-11-01T11:54:27.924-04:00A very thoughtful essay for this--or any--month.
