The imagery and the thoughts these prayers provoke are something to look forward to. One of the first I personally recognized at Mass was “Make holy, therefore, these gifts, we pray, by sending down your Spirit upon them like the dewfall.” Thanks for emphasizing the prayer highlighted in your post, I will now listen carefully for it at Mass in the future.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
