Prophets

“Would that all the people of the LORD were prophets! Would that the LORD might bestow his spirit on them all!" exclaimed Moses. But in Christ, this is just what God has done. Follow this link for my homily for this weekend.

    I always hear an edge in Moses' voice. Yes, he means what he says, but he's also saying, to the messenger, "You have NO idea how brutal it is to be told by God to be a prophet to his people. Oi vey!".

Faithful, or even just thoughtful criticisms are always welcome. Uninformed rudeness to other posters or to the Lord and His Church is not.

I also reserve the right to reject comments promoting things like private revelations and fringe points of view, if it seems to me like they are being presented in a misleading way.
