Here in the City of Gracious Living, a.k.a., Yonkers, New York, there is a little place called Trinity Plaza. There are three Churches there, and each one is dedicated to the Blessed Trinity. Trinity Plaza, get it?
There's a Lutheran church called Holy Trinity. There's an Orthodox church called Holy Trinity. Finally, there's a Catholic church called Most Holy Trinity.

yes, i knew about Trinity Plaza. there's also an area in Hartsdale that they call "Poets corners," or something like that - there is a section of streets named after famous poets. PEACE! ~tara t~

Some Yonkers Catholic history-- Most Holy Trinity was once a Slovak national parish. It is but a stone's throw from two other Catholic churches, one of which, St. Casimir's was the Polish national parish.
Most Holy Trinity also wins the prize for the largest physical plant in Trinity Plaza, with a substantial church, a rectory, a now-closed school building, and a convent that once housed the Sisters of Sts. Cyril and Methodius, who taught in the parish school.

Hmmm. Theologically I think there may have been a few misnomers there. It should be:
Lutheran - Trinity lite
Orthodox - Only Our Trinity
Catholic - Trinity 2.0
Of the three, were I of no religion and just walking by, I think I'd go for Most Holy Trinity. May God bless whoever named it!
