GREAT homily, Father Charles. I get so tired of Jesuits and (some) Cappucins telling me how "Christ the King" is an outdated and irrelevant term. It's as if to say, "history is irrelevant".
This may be your most beautiful homily. Thank you so much for bringing it back for us to learn from.
Thanks for the encouragement, friends. This was one of my first Sunday homilies, back when I was a deacon. I still like it.
